This private house build on a dead end road to the beach consist of 2 bedrooms ( one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a big living with TV, safe, , nice furniture, music etc. , dining room, big kitchen, with gas cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine etc. big bathroom with bad and shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin etc..
The bedrooms, living and dining room have air-conditioning (included in price) a very nice terrace with nice and comfortable chairs, BBQ and umbrella are there to make your stay very comfortable.
Here you can enjoy the serenity and the undisturbed beaches with crystal-clear waters at its best. Also ideally situated for undertaking trips and sightseeing tours to well known towns such as Vai, Sitia, Agios Nikolaos , Palekastro and Ierapetra.
The above-mentioned prices are in Euro, per accommodation (studio, apartment, etc.) for 1 week or more.
All mentioned prices include all taxes, cleaning costs, towels, bed linen, electricity and water.
All mentioned prices include a rent a car (a Hyundai Prime with A/C) with all risk insurance (CDW) without own participation and unlimited mileage, to be collected and returned at the airport. Against a small surcharge it is possible to have a bigger car at your disposal.
